Guide to Cleaning Browser Cache

In Google Chrome

Open the Cleanup menu: Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys (on Mac use Cmd + Shift + Delete).

Configure the time

Clean Data: Click the blue Clear Data button and recharge your page with F5.

In Firefox

Open the Cleanup menu: Press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys (on Mac use Cmd + Shift + Delete).

Set the Time: From the drop-down menu Time Range to Clean, select "Everything".

Select the important thing: Leave only the box that says "Cache".

Clean data: Click OK and recharge your page with F5.

Test: Incognito mode

If you want to confirm if the problem is your browser or server, open an Incognito Window (Ctrl + Shift + N).
